More than 300 wine enthusiasts, including dozens of trade professionals, jammed Crushpad’s winemaking facility last week for the San Francisco Wine Association’s first annual Spring Fling.  

Damian Rae Winery today announced the public release of its first Pinot Noir, the hand-crafted Damian Rae 2007 Pinot Noir from La Encantada Vineyard (Sta. Rita Hills).  The new offering was produced in response to high consumer demand.  "While we've become known for making award-winning Cabernet Sauvignons and Syrahs, our clientele has been asking us to expand our portfolio with a premium Pinot," said Damian Rae vice president Sharol Tarabini.
